Whilst most of us are used to being directed by our sat nav devices those that want to be environmentally friendly can now enjoy the eco benefits of the Vexia Econav.
For most people having a sat nav device in the car is all about being directed to the place where you want to get to with speed and efficiency. However, there is now a new sat nav device that could prove ideal for those that not only want to get around with ease and speed but also want to do their bit for the environment.
The Vexia Econav range was launched in Spain, and following its success there has now been launched in the UK. In addition to providing the usual directional facilities that we expect from our sat nav devices, the Econav will provide you with details of the most fuel efficient way to drive based on the model of your vehicle.
This means that the sat nav device will tell you which gear you should be in, and will even tell you if you are accelerating or braking too hard or if you are in danger of exceeding the speed limit. Both Econav models, which are the 480 and 380, are available at affordable prices ranging between around one hundred and fifty pounds to around two hundred and ten pounds.
